In the Allen cohort, patients with a PRKDC mutation showed a trend toward a longer OS than those with no mutation in these DDR genes (median, 1184 days vs. 250 days, HR = 0.5051, 95% CI, 0.2645–0.9646; P = 0.0939, Fig. 4H ), and also a similar OS to patients with BRCA1/2 mutations, POLE/D1 mutations, and MMR gene mutations (Fig. 4H ).
