Between the TAx and TT groups, there was a trend towards a lower incidence of new-onset atrial fibrillation, fewer discharges to rehabilitation facilities, and a lower readmission rate within 30-days, favoring the TAx group, although the differences did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 3 ).
