The cytotoxicity and IL-1β secretion did not reach statistical significance for A. actinomycetemcomitans CWEs combined with CWEs of LGG (0.6–0.9 fold reduction of cytotoxicity and 0.7–0.9 fold reduction of IL-1β secretion from 174.0 ± 32.8 to 164.5 ± 42.5 pg/mL; p > 0.05; Fig. 2 a and b).
