Aβ 1–43 /sAPPα and Aβ 1–43 /sAPPβ CSF levels also showed a trend to be decreased in carriers of the pathogenic mutations, although this difference was not statistically significant ( p = 0.06 and p = 0.08, respectively) (Table 1 ; Fig. 4 ).
