Interestingly, supernatants from J.CaM2 cells expressing the LAT G131D mutant stimulated for 24 h contained increased levels of IL-2 levels with regard to WT-LAT expressing cells (37 ± 17 pg/ml, Figure 3 ), although this difference did not reach statistical significance, probably as the result of the low number of performed experiments ( n = 4).
