Interestingly, while the behavior benefits based on apomorphine-induced rotation did not reach statistical significance, perhaps due to relatively unstable phenotype scored by this assay on aged animals ( Fig. 6d ), significant behavioral improvement was recorded with the forelimb use asymmetry test ( Fig. 6e ).
