To explain why we interpret the reversed liking-to-zygomaticus pattern in the naltrexone group as a reduction of hedonic facial responses to the most liked rewards (and not as a reflection of negative facial responses to the least liked rewards), we have added the following paragraph to the Discussion: “Does zygomaticus activation for less liked rewards in the naltrexone group reflect negative facial reactions? [...] Nevertheless, it is important to keep in mind that the drug effects on zygomaticus activation during reward delivery were only marginally significant, and should therefore be interpreted with caution.” 17) How do the authors interpret the finding that during reward delivery, the ZM-liking slope for amisulpride did not differ from placebo nor from naltrexone?
