We observed that place of delivery: χ 2 (df = 1, n = 5884) = 3.67, p value =0.055, and caesarean section: χ 2 (df = 1, n = 5884) = 2.233, p value =0.127, are slightly significant (at 5% level of significance) and hence are likely determinants of death status when other risk factors are adjusted for.
