In uCG data, the Z-score of T21 pregnancies increased with higher fetal fraction consequently widening the gap between healthy and T21 pregnancies (r = 0.95, p = 0.013 and r = 0.94, p = 0.015 for CG-fraction and CG-coverage, respectively; Pearson correlation), while the Z-scores of the healthy pregnancies did not show a significant trend.
