Examination of our proteomics data for gluconeogenesis-related enzymes did not reveal any consistent differences among the genotypes, with the exception of hexokinase 1 (Hk1) and glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase 2 (Gpd2), which were significantly differentially abundant in organoids; Hk1 was also approaching significance in liver samples ( Table S3 and Figures S4 A and S4B).
