Consistently with Myc expression, p-γH2ax and p-Chk1 were significantly more expressed within SPL infiltrates as compared with LI and BM and showed a trend towards decrease in the Sparc −/− genotype excepted for Sparc −/− BM infiltrates, which showed slightly higher expression of the two markers ( Fig. 1 G-J).
