Two nominally significant associations (P unadjusted < 0.05) were observed in the CCRLP age-stratified analysis for patients ≥ 12 years old at diagnosis at rs10936599 in TERC (OR = 1.98; 95% CI = 1.06, 4.06; P = 0.043) and at rs7675998 in NAF1 (OR = 2.15; 95% CI = 1.09, 4.74; P = 0.039), but no associations were observed for CCRLP patients < 12 (Additional file 1 : Table S2).
