At this time point, β‐cat ex3 iDCX neurons and control neurons showed a comparable branching pattern; surprisingly, β‐cat ex3 iDCX neurons showed a trend toward decreased total dendritic length, while Sholl analysis revealed a reduction in the length of the terminal dendrites (Fig 3 D).
