Besides the observed increase of central hypointense signals in the unenhanced T1-sequences during follow-up and the mostly continuous decrease of central signal intensities in the T2-haste, diffusion- and T1-arterial phase-sequences, overall, a significant trend toward long-term decreasing signal intensity of arterial and especially portal venous T1-sequences was observed in the peripheral ablation zone.
