Patient satisfaction tended to be rated higher after wearing the Opencast ® for 2 wk but this finding did not reach statistical significance (Q15, P = 0.15) In the effectiveness domain, the Opencast ® showed more subjective vulnerability than the synthetic cast (Q16, P = 0.001), but there was no significant difference in the redo rate between groups (Q17, P = 0.564).
