Successful recanalization and a favorable outcome at 3 months were more frequent in the MAT group but the differences did not reach statistical significance (14/16, 87.5% vs. 25/34, 73.5%; p = 0.466 and 9/16, 56.2% vs. 12/34, 35.3%; p = 0.161, respectively).
