Overall, participants with an education background at or lower than high school, as compared with those graduating from college or technical school, had a significantly higher rate of IFVC (crude OR (cOR)=2.76, 95% CI 1.91 to 3.98; aOR=2.17, 95% CI 1.45 to 3.25) in both crude and multivariable models; the statistical test suggested a significant trend (p trend <0.01).
