There was a trend for this age-related change to lessen in ACA-treated mice, although the difference between old control and old ACA-treated males did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.064, Figure 3C ), and there was no overall effect of ACA in a 2-way ANOVA, including data from both sexes ( P = 0.090), nor was there an interaction between sex and ACA treatment ( P = 0.11).
