19 In the study reported by Champiat et al ., there was a clear trend toward a worse outcome for hyperprogressors (median OS, 4.6 months; 95% CI, 2.0–NA) compared with non-hyperprogressors (median OS, 7.6 months; 95% CI, 5.9–16.0), although this was not significant ( P = .19), likely due to the small sample size of hyperprogressors.
