In the NAc, exposure to 2 mg/kg/day haloperidol also decreased [ 3 H]-Ro15–4513 binding relative to 0.5 mg/kg/day haloperidol-exposed rats ( p <0.001; FDR q <0.001), but this failed to reach statistical significance with respect to vehicle controls (vehicle vs 0.5 mg/kg/day: p = 0.07; q = 0.05; vehicle vs. 2 mg/kg/day: p = 0.06, q = 0.05) ( Table 1 ; Fig. 2 ).
