Preoperative factors that did not reach statistical significance were: the presence of alcoholism, body mass index >28 kg/m 2 , dyslipidemia/hyperlipidemia, >12 years of education, male sex, previous myocardial infarction, and previous/current smoking; and continuous factors of higher body mass index, depression score, and left ventricular ejection fraction.
