Moreover, a study in a Chinese cohort of 29 patients treated with ustekinumab found that positivity for HLA-C*06:02 was detrimental to ustekinumab response, although this is the only publication reporting this negative association, and it should be taken into account that the cohort was small and the results did not reach statistical significance [ 62 ].
