The extra parameters in the EBA model were only marginally significant, but the fact that the model had significantly higher fit than the BTL model showed that both the presence of a context (as opposed to no context) and the dynamicity of the context could have an effect on the probability of choosing a stimulus over another one (and thus on the resulting ratio-scale measures of the stimuli along the specified criterion, in our case the perceived speed), in the trials in which the stimuli differed with respect to these features.
