In this study, a worse outcome was observed in AR-V7 positive patients receiving chemotherapy with a nearly statistically significant PFS (HR 1.35, 95% CI 0.97–1.87, P=0.07) and remarkably shorter OS (HR 1.98, 95% CI 1.48–2.66, P<0.001).
