While the effects did not reach statistical significance compare to PlasmaLyte control, we found a tendency of Exo MSC-NTF to reduce both TF (2.24-fold, Fig. 4 e) and TAT levels (2.5-fold, Fig. 4 f), while the effect of Exo MSC was milder (1.5-fold and 1.15-fold decrease, respectively, Fig. 4 e, f).
