The assessment of the experimentally obtained results in accordance with the EC2 and the MC2010 has led to the following conclusions: (1) The accumulated shrinkage strain during 5.3 years was quite significant and capable of making serious impact on the load–deformative behavior of the member as well as on their tension stiffening behaviors; (2) The shrinkage effect lowered the apparent RC member cracking load.
