Under treatment with a 1 × 10 4 cs (filled triangles), decreases of approximately 15, 30 and 40% were observed at 12, 24 and 48 h after inoculation, respectively, whereas when cells were inoculated with a 1 × 10 1 cs (open circles), a clear trend was not obtained (Fig. 1 a).
