Findings related to level of education showed a trend of the iceberg profile increasing in prevalence among the more highly-qualified participants, whereas the prevalence of the more negative inverse Everest and inverse iceberg profiles was highest among participants with the lowest level of educational attainment ( Fig 4 ).
