In prediabetes patients, the CD19 and CD8 counts varied significantly according to vitamin D level ( P = 0.050 and P = 0.040, respectively), but a clear trend was observed for CD8 only, with progressively higher CD8 counts in prediabetes patients with lower vitamin D.
