The association between PCOS and medically indicated preterm birth was statistically significant for moderately preterm birth (adjusted OR [model 1] = 1.50, 95% CI 1.30–1.73) and only marginally significant for extremely preterm birth (adjusted OR [model 1] = 1.78 (1.01–3.16).
