When considering divergence, G4, direct repeat and Z-DNA coverage exhibited an almost flat trend followed by positive associations, A-phased repeat and inverted repeat coverage exhibited negative associations followed by a flat trend, whereas mirror repeat coverage exhibited a negative trend followed by a positive trend, depending on their values (Figure 6 ).
