NT β13 – β14/4Ala , NT Δβ20 – β 21 and NT Δβ31 – β 32, the latter serving as negative control, produced oligomers to the same extent as NT WT , whereas deletion of the β23–β24 sequence resulted in reduced tetramer formation (by 39% at 60 min) that did not reach statistical significance compared to WT.
