While this difference did not reach statistical significance when focusing on only the matching pairs (n=28), a stratified analysis into high- and low-expressing tumors using the median miR-769-5p value as the cutoff revealed a prevalent upregulation of this miR in the subset of prostate tumors with high expression of miR-769-5p.
