CNVs of M6A-related genes in the risk scoring system Combined with the CNV data analysis of female LUAD samples, it was found that compared with normal samples, the five M6A-related genes used to construct the risk scoring system in female LUAD samples were prone to CNV ( Table 3 ), and there was a correlation between CNV and the expression of these genes, and they all showed a trend of increasing expression with increase in their copy numbers ( Figure 5 ).
