In the weighted univariate regression analysis, the mean provided energy of ≥30 kcal/IBW/day (kg) did not reach statistical significance in improving the FILS ≥ 1 point at discharge (odds ratio (OR), 1.664; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.657–4.215, p = 0.283) but was statistically significant in improving the FILS ≥ 2 points (OR: 4.958; 95% CI: 1.044–23.543, p = 0.044).
