Our preliminary data showed a trend towards increased YAP/TAZ protein expression in JAM-A overexpressing breast cancer cells ( Figure S18 ); potentially suggesting a mechanism to account for increased β-catenin expression and transcriptional activity in the JAM-overexpressing tumorigenic cellular model.
