The HPFS found an inverse association with 3–< 7 vs 0 servings/week of red wine (HR: 0.64; CI: 0.45, 0.90; p trend = 0.007) and total wine (HR: 0.57; CI: 0.40, 081; p trend = 0.08), though overall trend for the latter did not reach statistical significance [ 18 ].
