Discussion When predicting the occurrence of VCF after radiotherapy based on a SINS score of 7 points in patients with spinal metastases, the accuracy of the tool was moderately significant (AUC, 0.776), and the interobserver reliability showed substantial agreement ( κ = 0.799).
