Vaccinated cats had decreased odds (OR 0.7, 95% CI 0.5 to 1.0) of having lymphoma compared to unvaccinated cats, however this was significant in the fixed effect model (P = 0.043) and only weakly significant in the mixed effect model (P = 0.054), once clustering at a clinic level was adjusted for (Table 4 ).
