Haplotype H1-2 with 5 new mutations (T445C, C6286T, C22227T, C26801G and G29645T) accounted for 19.36% of the population and appeared in the later stage (July 21, 2020), which showed a trend of increasing gradually ( Table 3 , Fig. 6 ).
