Children with a reservoir of <10 copies/10 6 PBMCs were likely to be younger at HIV diagnosis (3.61 [median (IQR), 0.34–4.26] months vs 4.92 [IQR, 3.08–6.49] months) and at ART start (3.6 [median (IQR), 0.10–4.49] months vs 4.6 [IQR, 2.66–7.64] months), although this did not reach statistical significance.
