Trauma patients on antiplatelet medications also had a significantly decreased ETP (nM × minute) as compared to those not on those medications with the plasma assay (1383 [IQR, 1222‐1549] vs 1241 [IQR, 1103‐1358]; P = .03), but this difference did not reach statistical significance in the whole blood assay (816.3 [IQR, 714.4‐899.9] vs 687.6 [IQR, 617.9‐732.1]; P = .05).
