All proteins annotated with the aforementioned GOBP terms were highlighted in blue (depleted) or red (enriched); there was a clear trend towards a reduction in the secretion of inflammatory and chemotactic proteins following NODAL knockdown and an opposing increase in transcriptional and translational proteins.
