a statistical trendp = 0.074
When taking into account the entire 20 minutes, differences between SHK, NTL, and RWD conditions were hinted at by a statistical trend (repeated measures ANOVA, F 2,16 = 3.93, p = 0.074; Fig 3B ), although these numbers were largely diluted by the high variance of the neutral 45 min isolation condition, as a clear difference was observed in interaction levels between SHK and RWD (t 8 = 3.73, p = 0.0058).
