In addition, although the changes in the concentrations of 3-methyl-2-oxovalerate (−18.4%), hypoxanthine (−18.9%), and N-phenylacetylglycine (+13.1%) after dapagliflozin treatment did not reach statistical significance, these alterations were found to be significantly different from those observed after insulin administration by 2-way analysis.
