In line with the results from the BrdU assays, all 3T3-L1 cells treated with 100 nM VaspinN showed significantly reduced p44/42 MAPK phosphorylation, which in part caused a reduction of PPARG and ADIPOQ expression 72 h after adipogenic induction, though these differences did not reach statistical significance.
