However, more recent studies have demonstrated that TKI-only had the highest cumulative incidence of complete molecular remission and lowest cumulative incidence of death when compared to DLI alone or TKI + DLI, although these results failed to reach statistical significance, suggesting that TKI salvage continues to provide significant survival in CML relapse following HSCT [ 79 , 80 ].
