Although a greater proportion of patients with long-term post-COVID-19 cough experienced dyspnea at onset (44%) as compared with those without persistent post-COVID-19 cough (31.1%), the difference did not reach statistical significance (OR1.63, 95%CI 0.99–2.93, P = 0.057).
