Post-hoc tests showed that women with silicone exposure (groups 1 and 2) scored significantly lower on all domains of the SF-36 than the healthy control group, except for emotional role functioning, where the mean difference between groups 2 and 4 did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.159).
