13.0 months (HR: 0.77, 95% CI: 0.64–0.92), and PD-L1 >1%, 16.7 versus 12.1 months (HR: 0.81, 95% CI: 0.71–0.93), although the benefit in PFS in the 1-49% population did not reach statistical significance (HR: 0.92, 95% CI: 0.77–1.11), therefore the health authorities only approved the use of pembrolizumab in monotherapy for patients with PD-L1 expression >50% [ 56 ].
